oUR aPPOINTMENT pOLICY
A deposit of $50 is required to schedule and hold a procedure appointment. It can be paid by cash or credit card. The deposit will be deducted from the procedure fee on the day of the appointment. If a procedure is scheduled at the consultation, a deposit will be taken at that time. If a procedure is scheduled by telephone, a credit card number with billing information must be provided.
Late Cancellations or Reschedules
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment; less notice will forfeit the deposit.
Missed Appointments or Late Arrivals
Anyone who does not appear for their appointment (is a “no-show”) will forfeit their deposit. Anyone who is 15 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be “made up” by rushing or omitting important steps. Because of the short rescheduling notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Visitors and Children
OSHA guidelines will not allow observers (spouses, family, or friends) in the procedure room during the tattooing process. However, they may participate in the preparation steps (designing and color selection). Drivers, family, etc. will be given an approximate time to return and pick up the client.
Texas law prohibits the tattooing of persons under the age of 18; therefore, children will not be allowed in the procedure room. The reception area is not equipped for day care or as a sitting area, so child care arrangements and pick-up arrangements should be made prior to any appointment.
Fees and policies are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made by Cash, Visa, Master or Discover card. Gift certificates are also available.
